Five public open house scoping meetings were held to solicit input regarding the Atlantic Fleet Training and Testing EIS/OEIS. Members of the public were invited anytime during the scoping meetings which took place from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Representatives from the Navy were available to provide information and answer questions about the proposed action. There were no formal presentations.
